ROSUSAM GOLD TABLET belongs to a group of antihyperlipidemic and antiplatelets used to treat heart attack, myocardial infarction (blockage of the blood to muscles of the heart), angina (chest pain), and stroke. A heart attack happens when the blood flow to the heart is blocked. The blockage is most often a build-up of cholesterol, fat, and other substances, which form a plaque (semi-hard accumulation of substance from fluid) in the arteries that supply to the heart. Sometimes, a plaque can burst, forming a clot that blocks blood flow. Symptoms of a heart attack include chest pain, tightness in the chest, and pain in the neck, arm, or back.

ROSUSAM GOLD TABLET is a fixed-dose combination composed of three medicines: Rosuvastatin, Clopidogrel, and Aspirin. Rosuvastatin belongs to a group of drugs known as antihyperlipidemic. Rosuvastatin lowers the level of lipids. It blocks the ability of the body to produce bad cholesterol and improves the ability of the body to make good cholesterol. Clopidogrel and aspirin both belong to a group of drugs known as Antiplatelet. They work by preventing the blood from sticking together and decreasing the production of clots which is harmful to the body. Altogether ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN help to reduce the risk of heart Domperidone+Pantoprazole 30mg/40mg Capsule SR also neutralizes the acid in the stomach and promotes easy passage of gas to reduce stomach discomfort. It is taken without food in a dose and duration as advised by the doctor. The dose you are given will depend on your condition and how you respond to the medicine. ROSUSAM GOLD TABLET is available in the form of oral capsules. It usually takes one time a day with water or as prescribed by your doctor. Doses of the ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN will decide by your doctor. It should be taken after eating food (low lipid food). In some cases, ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN can cause side effects like Headache, Muscle pain, increased bleeding, stomach pain, Indigestion, Bruise (discolouration of the skin), bleeding in the nose, Weakness, Gastrointestinal bleeding, Diarrhea, and Nausea. Most of these side effects of ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN do not require medical attention and gradually resolve over time. But if bleeding persists longer, please consult your doctor.

If you are known to be allergic to ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN or any other medicines, please inform your doctor. Drug-Drug Interactions: Care should be exercised when ROSUVASTATIN+CLOPIDOGREL+ASPIRIN is administered in combination with anti-HIV drugs (ritonavir, lopinavir, darunavir, atazanavir, indinavir) and antifungal (itraconazole), blood thinners (warfarin, heparin), anti-arthritis drug (colchicine), heart-related medicine (digoxin), and immune system affecting drug (cyclosporine).Drug-Food Interactions: Alcoholic beverages and grapefruit or its juice intake should be avoided with ROSUSAM GOLD TAB as it may interact with ROSUSAM GOLD TAB.
